Are all of the youth in your unit registered with the BSA?Are you certain?If your scouts are not registered, they could have problems with the following:
·BSA Insurance ·BSA Liability Coverage ·Advancement Record Problems ·Boys Life Subscription Problems
During the months of May and October, all units are asked to verify their membership rosters per the Circle Ten Scout Executive.This means turning in a roster maintained by your unit to Mike Denoy, the White Buffalo District Executive.Your roster is due by Friday, May 1.It would also be most helpful for the Cub Packs to include the names of Cub Scout Den leaders along with their home phone number.
Please be sure to turn in this information.If I don't have anything from you by May 1, expect a follow-up phone call.The volunteers in White Buffalo always do a good job with this but we need to make double sure everyone is a registered scout with the National Council, Boy Scouts of America.
